Instructions to Applicants
1.

Duly completed application form along with the non refundable advance payment applicable should be handed over to the EDEX Secretariat and due acknowledgement and a receipt obtained. (Please refer the Rate Card for stall charges, early bird discount and advance payment details)

 
2.

No reservation can be considered final, unless accompanied by the advance payment and the subsequent payment terms are strictly adhered to. No extensions will be allowed for early bird discount and /or final payment.

 
3.

All Cheques to be drawn in favour of "EDEX 2013" and crossed 'Account Payee Only'
 
4.

EDEX Committee will process and allocate the trade stalls suitably. Their decision with regard to the allocation of all stalls and any other matter related to the exhibition shall be final. The EDEX Committee reserves the right to reject any applications(s) without offering reasons.

 
5.

Organisers reserve the right to reallocate any previously reserved stall space to a fresh applicant without any notice or refund of payments made, in the event the former applicant fails to make the necessary advance and/or balance payments strictly in accordance with the payment schedule appearing in the Rate Card.

 
6.

The Organisers reserves the right to change the date, the venue or layout at their sole discretion.

 
7.

The Terms and Conditions and other related regulations which are applicable to the Application Form, EDEX 2013 Exhibition and to its Stall Holders are available in this web site. Further clarifications can be obtained from the EDEX Secretariat.
